1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zenny Studios website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access our website or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Services

Zenny Studios provides creative agency services including but not limited to:

  • Social media management and content creation
  • Branding and marketing communication
  • Media production and content creation
  • Data analytics and digital strategy
  • Web development and digital experiences

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals provided to each client.

3. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or communications
  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website
  • Not use our content or materials without proper authorisation

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos, text, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Zenny Studios or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client work and deliverables created by Zenny Studios remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Upon completion and payment, usage rights are transferred as specified in the individual client agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual client agreements or proposals. Generally:

  • Fees are payable as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenny Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, client data, and creative concepts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Deliverables completed up to the termination date will be provided upon payment
  • Both parties shall return or destroy confidential information

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Force Majeure

Zenny Studios shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or internet service failures.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
